Living Strategies worked with Travel Oregon and local steering committees to develop and facilitate community workshops around Oregon to support and enhance downtown areas using tourism as an economic driver. 

Communities served included: Columbia County (Clatskanie, Rainier, Scappoose, St Helens); Illinois Valley (Cave Junction and Grants Pass); North Marion County (Aurora, Gervais, Hubbard, Mt Angel, St Paul, Silverton, Woodburn); Prineville.
